Established 15 years ago as a family ran business, installing electrical and small civil infrastructure works. From there the business has grown and developed extensively into a full encompassing civil business with over 70 employees and fleet of plant and equipment. Our Vision Is to be recognised as a leading multi-disciplinary civil business that provides certainty for our clients, through excellence in delivery and positive engagement. Established in 2022, Intraform specialises in formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement solutions, servicing the commercial, government and industrial sectors across Victoria. At the heart of our success is a culturally diverse team of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals with a steadfast commitment to delivery excellence. How has the Partner engaged with the Indigenous sector?
Intraform has employed two Indigenous concrete finishers this year
Previously engaged with Indigenous/First Nations labour hire – Yambuck Labour & Traffic Solutions, Lararkia Bilirra.
Building relationships with various Indigenous initiatives, such as the Wadamba prison to work program (yet to engage) as well as Wanyaari Indigenous consultancy services.
Why did the Partner sign up with Kinaway? What was the driving factor?
Both RMA & Intraform are committed to providing the best possible opportunities and outcomes for Indigenous job seekers/employees/people and want to ensure we build trust and rapport within the space to become an employer or partner of choice.

To be an employer of choice/partner of choice for Indigenous employment through external labour hire etc.

As above and also to assist in the development of an Indigenous Participation policy for both business and set at the right level based on our current size and growth trajectory.
