This simple yet easy-to-use one-page document will enable you to make better business decisions. No more 40-page Business Plans. In just a few hours you can learn how to write your own Business Model Canvas with support provided by a Kinaway Business Broker if required.
The business model canvas is a great tool for small businesses at every stage of their business journey. It allows small business owners and founders to consider their customers, how they interact with them, the unique value that the business offers, and the functional considerations of how that value is delivered. By taking the time to create this canvas, business owners gain an insight into the fundamental building blocks of their business and uncover opportunities for innovation, improvements and sustainable growth.
Our business model canvas workshop enables participants to understand how the canvas works thanks to contextualised examples, opportunities to practically apply the knowledge, and engaging discussion.
Kinaway has chosen Empower Digital to co-host several Business Model Canvas workshops over the course of 2023. Empower Digital are an Aboriginal business working all along the east coast of Australia.
